1. Start by filling out the application – This short form helps me get a feel for what you're looking for and whether my services are the right fit. You'll also be able to schedule your kickoff call directly through the form.
2. After you apply – You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with details on what to expect during the call and what to prepare (nothing overwhelming — just helpful!).
3. During our kickoff call – We'll talk through your goals, answer any questions, and decide which service package best fits your needs. If you're ready to move forward, I’ll send you a link to book your project date and complete your purchase.
4. Once booked – I’ll send over your contract for e-signature. As soon as that’s signed, you’ll receive all of your onboarding materials, including a link to a PDF where you can easily upload everything I need to start designing (like brand assets, copy, or content — depending on your package).
5. Then I get to work! – From there, the timeline depends on your selected service. You’ll always know what to expect and when to expect it.

This gives us space to refine and perfect your site with care. If additional revisions are ever needed beyond that, they can absolutely be added for a small fee.
